I write about the operating lessons behind the work: where AI helps, where it moves the work somewhere else, and why human judgment remains the part worth protecting.
A few things I keep coming back to.
Producing got cheap. Judging didn't.
A hundred pages nobody can defend isn't output. It's work moved downstream, onto the person who now has to decide whether any of it is true.
The value isn't the model.
The AI proposes where each fact goes; I sign off. The value is my own judgment, saved and compounding.
Judgment can be trained, too.
The challenge is not to slow AI down. It is to use it to think better, without hollowing out the process through which people learn to decide.
Curiosity has never stayed in one lane.
