Making an engagement work for everyone involved.
I work with clients in the United States and Canada on custom software, team augmentation, data and AI. As a Client Engagement Manager, I help shape the work from discovery and proposals through contracting, then stay involved as the relationship develops.
That involves understanding what the client needs and working with delivery, talent, finance and legal teams on project scope, pricing, delivery commitments and staffing. I’ve helped bring sales and delivery decisions closer together, developed a shared presales process and built financial models to support commercial planning.

Connecting what we teach to the decisions people face.
Since 2023, I have directed ADEN’s Master’s in Digital Business, working with academic leadership and faculty on how the curriculum fits together and evolves. I also teach graduate and executive courses across Latin America in digital business, innovation, data and applied AI.
In workshops, I build exercises around problems people recognize from their own work. A program for commercial directors, for example, used real accounts to practice company research, outreach and discovery preparation. Shared criteria help participants examine the quality of their work and decide what needs to improve.

Consulting · Aplica
Understanding the economics well enough to act.
I founded Aplica, a management consulting practice, and advised more than 90 Argentine businesses on costs, financial planning and management decisions. Some of the cost and pricing models I developed remained in use for years.
For a diagnostic imaging provider, a profitability model supported fee negotiations and decisions about resources. For a wine cooperative, a costing model informed a decision to put more resources into bottling. Those experiences shaped how I approach technology: start with the decision the business needs to make.
I also served as part-time CFO of a California-based wine venture, developing its financial model and discussing funding needs and launch assumptions with prospective investors.
Institutional leadership · Polo TIC Mendoza
Organizing people around work that needs doing.
I joined Polo TIC Mendoza in February 2020 as its first Executive Director and established the executive function from scratch. I coordinated more than 50 member organizations and tripled its budget through corporate sponsorships. I later served on its board.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I brought together a fab lab and dozens of volunteers to produce 3D-printed protective masks for healthcare and essential workers. In an earlier consulting engagement, I managed a cluster development program supported by the Inter-American Development Bank, including consultants and equipment for the fab lab.

Applied AI · Nico-OS
A working system I use and keep improving.
I designed and developed Nico-OS with AI assistance: a personal knowledge and workflow system that I use daily across commercial, academic and personal work. It brings together source material, personal context and decisions so that each new task can build on what came before.
Email, calendars, documents and meeting records feed reusable workflows for research, proposal development and teaching. A structured knowledge base preserves context across AI sessions, while a separate layer tracks current priorities. Source references, maintenance routines and human review help keep that context reliable.
A thought behind the work
Producing got cheap. Judging didn’t.
A hundred pages nobody can defend isn’t output. It’s work moved downstream, onto the person who now has to decide whether any of it is true.
That question shapes how I work with AI and how I teach others to use it. I care about being able to explain where an answer came from, what supports it and who is responsible for acting on it.

From Mendoza to Panama. Still curious.
I grew up in Mendoza, Argentina, and moved to Panama with my family in 2023. My work has taken me across the Americas, through client relationships, teaching and business travel.
I’m a husband and father of three, a guitarist and a drone pilot. My interest in technology started with my parents’ old DOS computer. I still like getting my hands on something unfamiliar and figuring out how it works.
